EVENT PROGRAMMING

NAUS prides itself in our diverse event programming, enhancing the academic, professional, and social experience of undergraduate neuroscience students while fostering a strong and supportive student community.

ACADEMICS

Our VP Academics organize a diverse range of events centered on academic and professional development, giving students valuable insight into the worlds of neuroscientific research, academia, and industry. The highlight of the year is our flagship academic event, the Everything Neuroscience Conference, which consistently succeeds in showcasing a focused subfield of neuroscience.

SOCIALS

Our VP Socials organizes a variety of events that foster community and connection among neuroscience students at the University of Toronto, creating opportunities to meet peers and unwind outside of academics. The highlight of the year is the NAUS Formal, our largest event, which features a unique theme each year for a fun and memorable night.

YEAR REPRESENTATIVES

Our Year Representatives organize events tailored to support students academically, including review sessions for core neuroscience courses (e.g., CJH332, HMB200, HMB300, HMB320), while also fostering connection within each cohort. Additionally, our Graduating Year Representatives host events that promote mentorship and help graduating students explore post-graduation pathways.
